The Story

It was a long way to the 23rd floor

The Premiѐre building has come a long and painful way. It already had a 20-year history when it was approved in 2020. The beginnings of today’s Première building date back to 2002, when the project was granted a building permit.

However, in 2006, the original builder stopped construction due to financial difficulties. A reinforced concrete torso with a popular street lamp growing through the individual floors has been making the panorama of Šancová Street ugly for almost a decade.

Finep bought the Première real property as an eight-story construction site with a valid building permit for 23 floors. Our goal was to save the project and complete the construction so that it would be functional and useful.

Views and parking

The project was worked over by the Czech architectural office AHK Architekti within the limits given by the valid permit. The architects designed an above-standard residential house with unique views. At the same time, they have incorporated a new space for shops and services into the street, with the aim of improving life in the entire locality. Finep returned to construction of the building in 2015.

The result is 168 modern apartments and suites, from one-room to four-room, with an area of 32 up to 125 square meters. Each apartment or suite has its own balcony, loggia or terrace.

On the roof of the 6th floor of one part of the apartment building, there is a private garden accessible to all residents of the complex. There is a round-the-clock reception in the building.

A little better life for the whole neighbourhood

Around the corner of the Premiѐre building, there is a large park called Račianske Mýto and the Grassalkovich Palace with a garden is accessible on foot. The address is well connected to the infrastructure – public transport stations are situated just a few minutes’ walk from the Première. On the ground floor, there is, among other things, a space for a food shop, modern offices, and showrooms.

The Premiѐre project has also solved the problem with parking in the area on Šancová Street. The complex offers commercial parking areas which are also available to general public thanks to this project.

The completed Premiѐre project is attractive for our clients especially for its beautiful views across the entire Bratislava. Its popularity is constantly growing thanks to its modern design and location in a lucrative area. Since the beginning of 2021, the Premiѐre has been home to many people. Thanks to its inhabitants, life was awakened in it after a painful journey.
